600 Cumberland is a 120-unit apartment development with restaurant/retail storefront, below grade parking, lounge, fitness center, top floor deck, and pool/courtyard amenities. The project will participate in Austin’s Affordability Unlocked development bonus, which requires 50% of all units to be affordable to families earning an average of no more than 60% of Travis County MFI, including 20% of all units, which will be reserved for families earning no more than 50% of Travis County MFI.

This project is under development by Notional Development Partners, and features a top-tier design team including Perkins Eastman for architecture, Sixthriver for interior design, KFM for civil engineering, Wylie Engineering for MEP engineering, Dunaway for structural engineering, and TBG for landscape architecture.
