5800 Springdale will be a 250-unit mixed-income, mixed-use apartment community with full amenities and ground floor retail. 

This project is under development by Notional Development Partners, and features a top-tier design team including Perkins Eastman for architecture, Sixthriver for interior design, Kimley-Horn for civil engineering, IMEG for MEP engineering, Dunaway for structural engineering, and Fable for Landscape Architecture.
