Residences at Rubi

The Residences at Rubi is a 101-unit apartment development with gated surface parking, business centers, lounge, fitness center, and pool/courtyard amenities. The project participates in Austin’s Affordability Unlocked development bonus, which requires 50% of all units to be affordable to families earning an average of no more than 60% of Travis County MFI, including 20% of all units, which will be reserved for families earning no more than 50% of Travis County MFI.
